While we understand that life happens, we do require 24 notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

🚨 Late Cancellations & Reschedules:
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the full service fee will apply. 

💳 Cancellation Fees & Future Bookings:
A cancellation fee must be settled before booking your next appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, we may not be able to accommodate further changes.

🔄 Frequent Cancellations/Reschedules:
If we notice a pattern of frequent changes, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our schedule running smoothly!
